See Our Photos in IL Farm Bureau Partners Fall Magazine

Last fall the publishers of the Illinois Farm Bureau Partners Magazine reached out to us requesting images for an article featuring Nauvoo. This quarterly publication features food-related events, travel destinations, and agricultural issues information for residents of Illinois.

Of course, we were more than happy to work with the creative director, Laura, to supply images of the beautiful little town where we live. After a year of working together, their Fall 2019 issue has been published and we were finally able to see how our images fit in their write-up.

The article “Nostalgic Nauvoo: Tiny River Town Brings History to Life” highlights a bit of Nauvoo’s history plus how travelers can experience 1840’s life with free historic site tours, wagon rides, and demonstrations year-round.

Also highlighted were Nauvoo’s fall activities that bring thousands of visitors to town who enjoy the annual Scarecrow Festival, the Boo-tiful Nauvoo Pumpkin Walk, and brilliant fall foliage. There was also a full page featuring our own Carol Brown, owner of the Nauvoo Mill & Bakery.
